The hotel is 5 minutes walking from the free beach, Siófok – Ezüstpart. It lies opposite of railway station Balatonszéplak-Felső, that is to say by direct man road nr. 7.You can easily reach.by train or by car
The fourlevels hotel can be found from the most known disco of the surrounding, disco Palace. Coke Club is also lowly accessible at MÁV line (by train) by lokalbus, or on foot (max
The Galerius termalbath is easy of access, only two station by train.
There are in the hotel’s ground-floor, the large entrance-hall, as well as the restaurant, this is suitable for altogether 60 Person boarding.
The buffet (with retail price) belong to soft terrace where can seat 24 people.
The charge for accomodation contains the unlimited buffet breakfast. We can prepare for the groups in the warm-kitchen lunch or supper.
There are 18 double rooms with French balconies on the every floors .
We can put extra bed in the rooms, only if necessary.
We can accomodate 108 people in 54 doble rooms. If needed we can put 120 person up.
In every rooms have washbasins with hot and cold running water
On each floor can be found 5 civilized showers and 4 toilets.
The hotel has a landscaped area 4000m2, a standard sports field for volleyball and baskettball

1. By filling out this booking form you can easily make a reservation for our rooms. All information required need to be given, particularly your telephone number which would be important to contact you in case of urgency. In the annoatation heading please let us know about your special demands and we are trying to meet them.
2. The list of the free rooms appears in a few minutes and then we send you a confirmation letter via fax or email as soon as possible. Please find the terms of cancellation below, because sending us a deposit in advance means you accept our terms.
3. The rooms reserved are to held for 8 days. During this the payment in advance is need to be taken place by postal transfer (to the address of the hotel – see above), or by bank transfer for the following account:

The deposit in advance is the accomodation fee for one night, in case of making reservation for at least 2 nights the deposit is the accomodation fee for two nights. The remainder is due on arrival. In the absence of deposit we cannot provide you reservation.
2010. Siofok.
Terms of cancellation:
1. If the cancellation is done at least 30 days before the date of arrival, only the administration fee shall be charged (10 per cent of the gross accomodation fee, but at least 30 euros). The remainder of the deposit shall be given back.
2. In case of a cancellation within 29 -15 days, the administration fee ( see above) and the accomodation fee for 1 night will be charged. The remainder of the deposit shall be given back..
3. If the cancellation is done 14 - 3 days within the date of arrival the administration fee and the accomodation fee for 2 days will be charged. The remainder of the deposit shall be given back.
4. If the staying is discontinued, the administration fee and the accomodation fee for the nights passed and for another 3 days will be charged.
5. Partial or full cancellation or any modifiacation can only be done in a written way. The date of cancellation is the arrival date of the written notification.
The terms of cancellation for groups shall be in the Reservation Agreement/Contract. In case of additional questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
Other terms:
1. If the accomodation becomes to unusable befor Your arrival, or we can not hold our supply, we tell You immediatly. And we have to assure the same accomodation on the same price nearly for You.
2. You must not accept this changes. In this case we pay back all of Your deposit personally in cash, or send back by the same way how we get it (post service, bank transfer).
3. The harm caused on the accomodation, You must pay locally.
4. The check in time is from 3 P.M. to 6 P.M., without other agreement. And You must leave the room and check out till 10 A.M. on leaving day.
